And how many faces on that Day will be woe begone

And on that day some faces will be ghastly.

and upon that day faces shall be scowling,

And countenances on that Day shall be scowling.

And some faces, that Day, will be Basirah (dark, gloomy, frowning, and sad),

And faces on that Day will be gloomy.

and some faces on that Day will be gloomy,

And that day will other faces be despondent,

and some faces will be scowling on that day,

And on that Day there shall be scowling faces,

And some faces, that Day, will be contorted,

Others will be despondent,

And (other) faces on that day shall be gloomy,

and some faces will on that Day be gloomy,

And some faces, that Day, will be sad and dismal,

Some are required, while others are optional.

And many will be dust begrimed,

And many a face will be covered with dust on that day.

some faces on that day shall be dusty

And faces on that Day! upon them shall be gloom.

And other faces, that Day, will be dust stained

And Faces on that Day will be covered with misery.

Some faces on that Day shall be dust ridden,

And other faces, on that day, with dust upon them,

and some faces on that day will be covered with dust,

whereas some faces will be covered with dust

And other faces, that Day, will have upon them dust.

but others will be gloomy

And (many) faces on that day, on them shall be dust,

but some faces will be covered with dust

And other faces that Day will be dust stained,

But others said, He is Elijah. Others said, He is a prophet, or like one of the prophets.

Others said, That it is Elias. And others said, That it is a prophet, or as one of the prophets.

I mean, this works as long as it's to correct others.

While some ask why? , others ask why not? .

Thus some of them were guided by God, and ruin was justified on some.

Then some. of them God guided, and some were justly disposed to error.

Then of them were some whom Allah guided, and of them were some upon whom the straying was justified.

Then of them were some whom Allah guided and of them were some upon whom the straying was justified.

Some of them God guided, while others deserved misguidance.

Thereafter Allah guided some of them while others were overtaken by error.

Then some of them (there were) whom Allah guided, and some of them (there were) upon whom error had just hold.

Among them were some whom Allah guided, and among them were some who deserved to be in error.

And among them were those whom Allah guided, and among them were those upon whom error was deservedly decreed.

Some of them were guided by God and others were doomed to go astray.
