Absent from this list, and absent from any discussions of happiness, are happiness in another's happiness.

And what is happiness?

To happiness.

So, surely with every hardship there is ease

What is happiness?

Non Community citizens are also protected as a result, so that is an improvement.

And that happiness is a whole other end of the equation.

Happiness is a question of moderation.

Countries compete for investment, talent, growth, and opportunity in a globalized world, and those that are pushed out of the running surrender the greatest prize of all human development, prosperity, and happiness for their people.
