Say 'What think you? If God's chastisement comes upon you, or the Hour comes upon you, will you call upon any other than God if you speak truly?'

What thinkest thou? If he were upon guidance

Have you seen if he was upon guidance

Have you seen if he is upon guidance

What is your opinion if he were upon guidance,

And upon Allah rely, if you should be believers.

If you turn away, upon him only rests what is laid upon him, and upon you rests what is laid on you.

'Come forth betimes upon your tillage, if you would pluck!'

So bring upon us what you promise us, if you are truthful.

If you call upon them, they cannot hear your prayer. And if they hear it, they cannot answer it.

Bring upon us what you promise us, if you are a Noble Messenger.

And if they decide upon divorce, then Allah is All Hearer, All Knower.

So call upon them and let them answer you if you are truthful.

And not upon you is any blame if he will not be purified.

If this indeed be the truth from You, then rain down stones upon us from heaven, or bring upon us a painful chastisement.'
