So let me give you one very easy problem, a second very easy problem and then a third, hard, problem.

It's a problem.

That's a problem.

There is one problem.

You've got a problem.

It is a problem.

Now this is not a problem of resources this is a problem of incentives.

I found a problem, a specific problem that actually found an error with that.

And the problem of poor vision, is actually not just a health problem, it's also an educational problem, and it's an economic problem, and it's a quality of life problem.
