Who determines and directs,

And the One Who kept proper measure and then guided.

who determined and guided,

And Who hath disposed and then guided,

And Who has measured (preordainments for each and everything even to be blessed or wretched) then guided (i.e. showed mankind the right as well as wrong paths, and guided the animals to pasture)

He who measures and guides.

Who determined and guided them,

Who measureth, then guideth

who has ordained and guided,

And who destined and then guided

decreed their destinies, and provided them with guidance.

And Who makes (things) according to a measure, then guides (them to their goal),

who determines the nature of all that exists , and guided it accordingly

Who hath ordained laws. And granted guidance

From a single sperm He created, then proportioned him,

From a drop of liquid He created him and then set several measures for him.

Of a sperm drop He created him, and determined him,

Of a drop of seed. He created him and formed him according to a measure.

From Nutfah (male and female semen drops) He created him, and then set him in due proportion

From a sperm drop He created him, and enabled him.

Out of a sperm drop did He create him and then determined a measure for him,

From a drop of seed. He createth him and proportioneth him,

He created him from a drop of seminal fluid then proportioned him.

From a (sperm) drop He created him and then determined him,

From a sperm drop He created him and destined for him

He created him from a living germ. He determined his fate

Of a small seed He created him, then He made him according to a measure,

Out of a drop of sperm! He creates and proportions him,

From a sperm drop He hath created him, and then mouldeth him in due proportions

And he said surely shall take of Thine bondmen a portion allotted.

And he Shaitan (Satan) said I will take an appointed portion of your slaves

And he said, I will take to myself my due share of Your servants.

He said (to Allah) 'I will take to myself an appointed portion of Your servants

For he had said, I will surely take from among Your servants a specific portion.

He said to God , I will assuredly take a number of Your servants,

(After creating the earth) He set up firm mountains on it, blessed it, and provided it with sustenance in proportion to the needs of all who seek (sustenance).

He placed firm stabilisers rising above its surface, blessed it with plenty and growth, and ingrained the means of growing its food within it, sufficient for all seekers, in four spans.

And in it He placed mountains as anchors from above it, and blessings in it, and appointed the sustenance for those who dwell in it all this in four days a proper answer to those who question.

'And He set therein firm mountains over it, and He blessed it, and He ordained therein its diverse sustenance in four days, equal to those who ask.'

And He placed therein mountains firmly rooted rising above it, and blessed it, and ordained therein the sustenance thereof, all this in four days comglete this for the inquirers.

He placed therein (i.e. the earth) firm mountains from above it, and He blessed it, and measured therein its sustenance (for its dwellers) in four Days equal (i.e. all these four 'days' were equal in the length of time), for all those who ask (about its creation).

He placed stabilizers over it and blessed it and planned its provisions in four days, equally to the seekers.

He placed therein firm hills rising above it, and blessed it and measured therein its sustenance in four Days, alike for (all) who ask

He set in it firm mountains, rising above it, blessed it, and ordained in it, in four days, various means of sustenance, equally for all seekers.

He set firm mountains on top (of the earth) and He blessed it. And in four days He ordained in it many provisions, equal to those who ask.
