They are commissioned.

Ask the enumerators of numbers.

Our duty is to convey the message clearly.

And our duty is nothing but to plainly convey (the message).

and it is only for us to deliver the Manifest Message.'

And on us is naught but manifest preaching.

Ask of those who keep account.

And our duty is only to convey plainly (the Message).

And our only duty is clear communication.

Ask of those who keep count of this.

and our duty is no more than to clearly convey the Message.

Ask of those who keep count!

And our duty is but plain conveyance (of the message).

and our duty is only to communicate in clear terms.

And it is only for us to deliver a Clear Message'

And we are not responsible except for clear notification.

who have been sent to you. Our only duty is to preach clearly to you .

And nothing devolves on us but a clear deliverance (of the message).

Ask those who have kept count.

And our duty is only to convey the message to you clearly,

And our duty is only to proclaim the clear Message.

Surely its collection and recitation are Our responsibility.

Indeed assembling the Qur an and reading it are upon Us.

Ours it is to gather it, and to recite it.

Verily upon us is the collecting thereof and the reciting thereof.

It is for Us to collect it and to give you (O Muhammad SAW) the ability to recite it (the Quran),

Upon Us is its collection and its recitation.

Surely it is for Us to have you commit it to memory and to recite it.

Lo! upon Us (resteth) the putting together thereof and the reading thereof.

Indeed it is up to Us to put it together and to recite it.

It's gathering and reciting is upon Us.

Indeed, upon Us is its collection in your heart and to make possible its recitation.

We shall be responsible for its collection and its recitation.

Surely on Us (devolves) the collecting of it and the reciting of it.

We Ourself shall see to its collection and recital.

It is for Us to collect it and to promulgate it

Meanwhile, the monitoring agents are continuing with their task.

Are they the ones who dispense the favour of your Lord?

Are they the distributors of your Lord s mercy?

What, is it they who divide the mercy of the Lord?

Shall they apportion their Lord's mercy?

Is it they who would portion out the Mercy of your Lord?

Is it they who allocate the mercy of your Lord?

Is it they who distribute the Mercy of your Lord?

Is it they who apportion thy Lord's mercy?
